Terms of service

These terms govern use of this website and analytics services supplied by Servercachegrid. A signed proposal or statement of work may add project-specific terms; if it conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.

Services and scope

We provide advisory analysis, measurement design and related workshops. Scope, inputs, deliverables, timing and fees are confirmed in writing before work starts. Estimates shown on this site are informational and are not binding offers.

Client responsibilities

You must provide lawful access to accurate data, relevant personnel and required systems. You remain responsible for notices, consents and permissions relating to data you share. Do not provide sensitive personal data unless explicitly agreed and protected by suitable controls.

Fees and payment

Invoices, deposits, taxes and payment dates are set out in the proposal. Late payment may pause work and shift delivery dates. No payment or checkout is processed through this website.

Confidentiality and data

Each party will protect confidential information and use it only for the engagement. We apply reasonable safeguards and limit access to project needs. Data return or deletion arrangements may be specified in the proposal.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your data and pre-existing materials. After full payment, you may use project deliverables internally. We retain ownership of pre-existing methods, templates and general know-how, excluding your confidential information.

Professional judgement

Analytics findings depend on available data and stated assumptions. We do not guarantee a particular growth, revenue or referral outcome. You remain responsible for business, product, legal and implementation decisions.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability relating to an engagement is limited to fees paid for the affected service, except where law does not permit that limitation.

Ending an engagement

Either party may end work as stated in the proposal or for material breach not remedied after written notice. Fees for work completed and non-cancellable commitments remain due. Refund treatment is described in our refund policy.

Website use

You may not misuse this site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or reproduce its content beyond lawful personal and internal business use.
